Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of the following store policies.

Ordering Online
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. Our online system is 100% secure. Alternatively you may pay by Postal Order or personal cheque.
A personal cheque may delay your order while we wait for your funds to clear so you should allow an additional 7-10 business days for despatch of your order. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then post the form to the address above with the cheque.

Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of their receipt, we will accept their return and give a full refund. Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of your receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and wigs that are set in curls or in style must not be brushed or combed out. To be exchanged or credited the returned wig must be free of scent, the aroma of tobacco smoke and hairspray. You must return goods by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and keep the receipt.

Delivery Information
Post and Packing for UK destinations will be charged at ?5.00. For everywhere else it is ?10.00. Goods are normally sent by Recorded Delivery. Further items included in the same delivery will be charged at ?1.00 for each item. If you require a variation to standard delivery instructions please phone us at +44(0)131 556 7057.

Prices
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and include VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication, errors and omissions excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise you will be informed of any unexpected change in price, and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

VAT
Value Added Tax exemption is available to clients who can affirm that they suffer from chronic hair loss or a chronic condition of the scalp requiring them to wear a wig or hairpiece. Click here for further details.

Complaints
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, we will acknowledge it within 5 working days and it will be dealt with promptly, confidentially and effectively thereafter.
